Hello Mommies!  Spring is on it’s way and so it stroller fitness.  What a great way to get out and get in shape for the summer and do it all with your babes as well as meet some other moms with a lot in common!  I will be teaching an 8 week stroller fitness at Trinity Bellwoods Park downtown Toronto.  Click on the Mommy and Baby Fitness link on my website and you can sign up from there!

This class will include different strength training activities, cardio, core strengthening and it also incorporates a big part for the little ones that use puppets, songs and rhymes as well as activities to help develop hand and eye coordination.  You get to see not only your fitness level increase week to week but your babies development as well :) Please feel free to e-mail with any questions!  Hope to see you out in the park!
