Sometimes we just need some direction as we have all the motivation in ourselves but we just don’t know what to do or why what we are doing isn’t working!  This package includes a full body analysis and a personalized program for you to take away and follow on your own.  We then meet in 4 to 6 weeks to do a follow-up body analysis as well as a change of program to work with your changing shape. This is a great way to avoid that dreaded plateau and with your hard work get continued results.

Boot camp or group training

This is a great way to motivate others and get everyone healthy at the same time!  Bring a group out or join our group boot camps for some fun, challenging workouts.  With different strength training circuits, cardio drills and don’t forget some boxing you will leave feeling healthy, energized and inspired to keep going. This package is laid out as a 4-week session that is performed 3 days per week.  Full body analysis is done before and after to track your progress and see how hard you worked.  Prices are per person and apply to groups with 6 or more people. This package is also offered as an on-location business health and wellness plan or a team building exercise.
