“I started training with Jennifer over a year ago and initially I wavered in my commitment to better health but Jennifer never waivered in her commitment to me. She never gave up on me and was always there with an encouraging support that welcomed me back and never judged me when I would struggle to keep my goals a priority. I have been consistently training with Jen since February 1st and the transformation has been staggering. I have lost 30 inches from my body and 42 pounds.
